The time has come for Curvy Bird to go into hibernation - not a forever goodbye, but instead, a for now goodbye.  Thank you to each and everyone of you for all the support; it was one of my greatest honors to meet, serve, and provide fly clothing to you.

Curvy Bird is an online boutique, based in Detroit, specializing in new fashion, as well as pre-loved pieces for sizes 14-22.

When Jonnelle Boyd created Curvy Bird she was equal parts obsessed with fashion, in love with her curves, and frustrated at the styles available. In search of clothing that expressed her personality AND fit her size 18 body, Jonnelle started sharing her finds with her community on Instagram. The response was clear – being curvy shouldn’t mean settling for clothing that’s...well, boring.

Here at Curvy Bird we believe that all bodies are beautiful and deserve the same trendy, sexy, bold fashion that’s available to our straight-sized counterparts.
